Facts and Preferences

What gets saved

When you share personal details in conversation, the memory system automatically extracts and stores them as facts. Examples include:

  • Your name, age, or location
  • Hobbies and interests
  • Favorite foods, music, or shows
  • Your job or school
  • Important people in your life
  • Preferences and opinions

How facts are used

When your companion generates a response, relevant facts are included in the conversation context. This means your companion can reference things you mentioned weeks ago without you repeating them.

Correcting facts

If your companion remembers something incorrectly, just correct it in conversation. Say something like "Actually, I moved to Tokyo last month" or "I changed jobs recently." The memory system will update with the new information over time.
