Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading
Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. When the period ends, your plan switches to the lower tier.
If the lower tier has fewer companion slots than you currently use, only your most recently chatted companions will remain accessible. See Switching Companions.
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation keeps your access until the end of the current billing period — you are not cut off immediately. After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Resuming
If you canceled but your billing period has not ended yet, you can resume your subscription from account settings. Your plan continues as if you never canceled.
Payment methods
Adorii accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment details can be updated in your account settings.
If you subscribed through a mobile app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), manage your subscription through that store's settings instead.
