Refund policy
All sales are final. Adorii does not offer refunds for subscription payments or companion slot purchases. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
How cancellation works
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You keep all features of your current plan until that date.
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Chat history and account data are preserved.
Free trial cancellation
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your account reverts to Free immediately or at the end of the trial period, depending on when you cancel.
Before you cancel
Make sure to cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion. If you delete your account while a subscription is active, you may still be billed for the current period.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of canceling through Adorii may result in your account being suspended. If you have a billing issue, please contact support@adorii.ai first.
